Some people like to tell those who are dealing with depression to just “love yourself” but they hate themselves. You’re telling them to go from one extreme to the other like it’s a dang light switch.

I deactivated my twitter accounts, deleted my github accounts, deleted my old website and forum. Still more to do but this site will be my permanent home from now on.
